Cleaner Greener Clothing Mills

Following up on our last post about how easy it can be to recycle your clothing and other textiles, here is a great article about recent efforts to make the clothing industry more sustainable. A great deal of fabric is produced in China, home to some 50,000 textile mills. Dyes and other chemicals are routinely released into the nearby waterways, in addition to fresh water and energy used by the production processes.
